Stress And Anxiety Management During Stressful Times

Stress and anxiety is compounded by an exit to the calendar control and lack of self-care. It feels like one day the symptoms of anxiety blue sets in, and we are completely paralyzed in overwhelm. The aim was to gain control of your life once again, start with a simple procedure. This allows a change of the simple lifestyle that are permanent and increase the quality of life.

Here are 5 simple tips to keep safe in times of stress:

Sleep. Remember to rest for 8 hours every night. Do not stay up late to clean the bathroom, laundry, fold, or respond to e-mail!

Diet. Yes, sweets and alcohol are very tempting at times of stress, feel good comfort food.
